Flows put planning, build, AI or security review, human sign-off, command steps, QA, deploy and merge in an explicit order. Schedules create the same tasks daily, weekly or monthly.

Flows combine planning, build, AI or security review, human sign-off, command steps, QA, deploy, and merge. Workspace policy may be optional, a required minimum, or exact. Schedules create ordinary tasks on daily, weekly, or monthly cadences and skip an occurrence when the previous task remains open.

A workspace owner or admin can enable Autopilot. A task creator may opt an eligible task into it: configured agent reviews and checks still run, while plan approval, human sign-offs, manual QA and PR-review waits are skipped. For a Git-backed task, Autopilot can merge after the checks pass. A question, blocking verdict, failed check or merge failure stops for a person.
